You will receive the recording via email after the session. Virtual sessions are safe and secure. We use a private Zoom meeting and maintain strict confidentiality.
What do I need to prepare for a virtual session?
You'll need a quiet, private space where you won't be interrupted for the duration of the session. You'll also need a stable internet connection, a device with a webcam, and a earbuds or headphones with a microphone.
